Here’s some more photos of some of the things I’ve knit in the last few years.  The green socks that look like a watercolor painting is my August Sock pattern. It’s a toe-up sock with a nice rib pattern along the sides of the sock with an afterthought heel.

    Hi
    Enjoyed looking at your knitting ideas. I was curious about the knitted rings. Are they knitted from a fine wire? Are they a stockinette stitch or a tuck stitch? How did you join the ring?
    I started to create a blog att wordpress but I was having problems with it and didn’t continue. You blog looks soooo good.

    Hi again Stephanie,

    Yes, I like the rings too. I used silver wire and pearl beads for them. I tried using the machine to make the wire loops look better, but it’s hard on the needles and I don’t want to destroy my needles so I make all of the wire jewelry by hand. I use a small crochet stitch and make it in the round.

    Hey there! I just wanted to ask if you ever have any issues with hackers? My last blog (wordpress) was hacked and I ended up losing several weeks of hard work due to no backup. Do you have any solutions to prevent hackers?

    Today, I went to the beach front with my kids. I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She placed the shell to her ear and screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear. She never wants to go back! LoL I know this is completely off topic but I had to tell someone!

    I’m really enjoying the theme/design of your web site. Do you ever run into any internet browser compatibility issues? A small number of my blog audience have complained about my site not working correctly in Explorer but looks great in Safari. Do you have any advice to help fix this problem?
